Thursday's Goodies
Haven't really planned out today.
Breakfast
Leftovers. But still really good. Whole wheat pasta, Prego Garden Sauce with extra mushrooms about 1 oz of ground turkey. Double fiber wheat bun with red pepper flakes.
Breakfast
French Toast made with wheat bread and eggbeaters, sugar free syrup, and turkey bacon. This was a VERY good breakfast. I have really discovered that I am a MAJOR bread addict, well at least it's really high in fiber.
Snack
Fat Free Yogurt & banana.
Lunch
The same as yesterday. Cracker and mustard. YUM
Dinner

Wednesday's Yummies
Okay here is my first post with what I ate today. Today was a workday so I try to plan things out in my head. Sometimes it works sometimes it does not.
Breakfast
Breakfast
Eggbeater omelet with mushrooms, bacos, and fat free shredded cheese.
Whole wheat toast with sugar free grape jelly.
Lunch
Eggplant sandwich (eggplant dipped in eggbeaters and the a little bread crumbs then baked), whole wheat bun, slice of 2% American cheese, and little spaghetti sauce on top.
Snack at Work
Snack at Work
Kashi crackers, chipotle mustard, and a banana.
Dinner
Dinner
Turkey burger on a whole wheat bun with a 2% cheese slice, tomato, ketchup, and pickles.
126 grams of steak fries.
Evening Snack
Lite beer (really half, since I dropped the open beer and it spewed EVERYWHERE), and a
Kashi Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookie.

My Food Blog
Over the past few years I have been really obsessed with food. lol. I love visiting grocery stores, researching new recipes, and reading other food blogs.
I am also on Weight Watchers, no I don't go to the meetings, but did buy the at home kit about 3 years ago. During that time I lost over 50 pounds, but since then work, stress, and everyday life has bogged me down and I have gained that weight back. However this is a new year and I really want to lose all this weight once and for all.
So this is going to be a place that I start posting the food I fix everyday. I have never be very consistent with posting on my blogs, and hope this one will be different. So starting tomorrow, be on the look out for my pictures/posts on the food I eat.
